EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE 

Free Exercise Classes 

 


You must pre-register for classes monthly in order to participate.

In order for us to continue to provide safe and also free classes, we are requiring pre-registration on a monthly basis. 
Once you’re registered, scan your card with each visit and sign in at the front desk before class starts.

August registration starts July 15 

September registration starts August 15
October registration starts September 16 
November registration starts October 15 
December registration starts November 15

Class Capacity: 30 Participants

  • Yoga
  • Stronger Forever
  • Balanced Bodies
Class Capacity: 15 Participants
  • Silver Sneakers Classics (Priority is given to Silver Sneakers members.)
To allow each patron a chance to attend a class, we are requesting the below:
  • Balanced Bodies registration is limited to two days a week
  • Limit of four fitness classes per week

New Classes: July 15

We understand the frustration the new pre-registration system is posing and are working towards adding more exercise classes. Starting Monday, July 15, two new classes have been added:
  • Balanced Bodies on Mondays from 11:00 am to Noon
  • Silver Sneakers Classics on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 pm

Strong Forever


Mondays | 8:15 - 9:15 am


All levels welcomed.      
Gain balance, core strength, flexibility, and increased functionality for an active lifestyle.
Some floor exercises will be done, using mats.


Everyone's Yoga   

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9 - 9:45 am

All levels 
Integrate strength, balance, and flexibility with modifications for everyone. You will learn to meditate also to quiet your mind. Mats furnished.


Balanced Bodies

  

Monday | 11 am - Noon
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10 - 11 am

 
All levels welcomed; no floor work
Be inspired to thrive in our balance class that fuses strength and balance training, functionality, and flexibility. Chairs are used to ensure safety and to allow for modifications.


Silver Sneakers Classic


​Tuesdays & Thursdays | 3 - 3:45 pm 

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support so class can be modified depending on your fitness level.

Fun exercises to boost brain power and memory retention  like puzzles, games and memory challenges. Learn about enhancing your internal aids to strengthen your memory retention.
