Flow through a variety of exercises intended to increase muscle strength, range of movement and functional fitness to enhance your daily activities. The goal of this class is to help increase your body balance, core strength, flexibility and to ease the natural breath. The techniques used will include stretches, light to moderate cardio work, body balancing exercises, and pranayama (controlled breathing). All exercises can be modified to suit the ability of your body.

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. Class can be modified depending on fitness levels.

Mindful Yoga incorporates balance, strength, and flexibility along with meditation. You will enjoy transitioning from pose to pose in a fluid moment with modifications for all populations. All levels welcomed.
