See a literary classic come to life with the holiday exhibit, A Christmas Carol: A Celebration of Christmas Past. Join Ebenezer Scrooge on his journey visiting the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come. Don't be a humbug, come to a Christmas tour! Family Friendly

Tour reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance and the cost is FREE.  In order to follow the social distancing and capacity guidelines, at this time, only one structure will be toured and the maximum number of tour participants will be no more than ten people per group. Historical Park staff and all guests must wear masks while touring and walking the park grounds.

Join us for our third annual progressive pop up dinner and celebrate Christmas Past at the Historical Park.  Sample canapés and cocktails as you tour the historic structures.   As you stroll the grounds, enjoy Victorian Christmas carolers courtesy of Vocal Magic and characters from Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol.  The evening concludes with dinner and dessert.  The event will require some low-impact walking outdoors.  Alcohol provided for 21 + with ID | Space is limited and pre-registration required

Ages 7 to 14

During the morning, artists will go on a scavenger hunt throughout the park collecting materials from nature; then learn how to transfer their ideas and vision from two-dimensional into a three-dimensional Nutcracker sculpture. Artists will also participate in various outdoor games.  The workshop will take place in the School House and outdoors at the Historical Park.  Face masks required. Please bring a sack lunch and water bottle.

During this three-hour themed workshop, artists will explore acrylic and watercolor paints with their own pre-drawn canvas. Each artist will decide the journey of their masterpiece.  BYOB limited to one bottle of wine or two beers per person. Ages 21 and up only, must bring ID.  Masks and social distancing are required.
