Mad Hatter Tea Party

Please don't be late for this very important date! By order of the Queen of Hearts, you are invited to a Mad Hatter Tea, a curious tea party featuring lunch, dessert, tea, lemonade and a picture with Lewis Carroll's, Alice through the Looking Glass characters.
Bring your own kite from home to the Farmers Branch Historical Park and enjoy an afternoon soaring in the Park’s meadow. Take-home instructions on how to make your own kite will be provided.
Girl Scout Birthday Bash in the Park

Ages: Kindergarten - 12th grade Fee: $15 per person and includes patch. Adults and children 4 and under free. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
Join the Farmers Branch Historical Park for a morning celebration, crafts and swaps. Registration includes the Girl Scout Birthday Bash 2020 patch! Please bring one of the following items for donation to our birthday box project benefitting Metrocrest Services; cake mix, icing, candles, napkins, plates, tablecloths, party horns, party decorations and party prizes. Bird Walk with Steve Romaine, bird enthusiast and Master Naturalist

Join the Farmers Branch Historical Park for an all-ages Bird Walk. The Bird Walk will be especially great for younger bird enthusiasts and kids of all ages. Guests are invited to bring binoculars, but are discouraged from bringing pets.

In the spirit of the 100th Anniversary of Women's Right to Vote, join us at the Farmers Branch Historical Park as we celebrate our She-roes! Enjoy fun activities and crafts as you earn your patch to commemorate a Girl Scout hero and founder that made history. Bring a pair of new or gently used shoes to donate to Soles4Souls and become your own she-roe! Juliette Low patch is included with registration.

Vintage Base Ball Practice

Want to try your hand at Vintage Base Ball? Join our open practices and learn the rules of 1860s base ball. Practices are held outdoors in our meadow; please wear closed-toed tennis shoes. Participants must sign waiver to play.
Camping Under the Stars
Friday – Saturday, March 27 - 28 ; 5 pm on Friday to 9 am on Saturday
Fee: $50 per campsite; space is limted and pre-registration required VIP: Additional $5 per person for VIP nature event (9 - 11 a.m. featuring Steve Romaine, Master Naturalist and Home Depot); non-refundable.
