For now, we have suspended charges for membership renewals to The Branch Connection. That means, if you have an ongoing monthly membership charge drafted from your account or an annual membership charge, we are putting your membership "on hold" and it will resume once the facility reopens.
The Branch Connection remains closed but some classes are meeting in small groups at alternate locations, other programs are being conducted virtually and there are also drive by and pick up activities routinely. Our Drive By and Pick Up Boxed Meal Program offers free meals once a week. You can find The Branch Connection's programs and activities here.
Be sure to call our front desk staff (972-919-8740) Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm for information, or you can call our Information Line (972-919-1444) any time to get weekly updates.
These are unprecedented times and we are all in this together. We miss our guests and we look forward to reopening our doors and having you back. Until then, we are here for you via email, phone and social media.
