Third annual Farmers Branch Reads  - Farmers Branch Reads is underway with four new books to read as part of the "other worlds" theme. Farmers Branch Reads website

FB Reads for teens  - Teens are invited to a life-size board game of literary "Clue," on Wednesday, October 22 at 4 p.m. The following weekend, the movie adaptation of the teen title, Coraline, will be shown on Saturday, October 25 at 2 p.m. inside the Library.

"Repurposed Books" Crafting  - Do you love books as much as Mr. Penumbra? Learn how to give books an extra life by making them into works of art. We will provide all the materials you will need on Tuesday, October 28 at 7 p.m.

Halloween at the Library  - Spend an evening trick-or-treating around the Library on Wednesday, October 29 beginning at 6 p.m. There will be spooky crafts and activities for the whole family. Costumes are encouraged!
