FBTX ~ The AT HOME initiative of the Farmers Branch Police Department is designed to improve the safety and security of home-bound residents in Farmers Branch who live alone by providing weekly telephone contact.

The call, from the Farmers Branch Police Department, is to check on the well-being of the resident and to obtain assistance for the resident if needed. Calls, in both English and Spanish, will be made from 9 a.m. until noon, Monday through Friday. Only home-bound residents, who have chosen to participate in the initiative, will be contacted.AT HOME Sign Logo

Applications can also be delivered to home-bound residents upon request.

Residents will be added to a call-list and will receive a telephone call at the contact number on the selected day requested on the application. Calls will be made by volunteers of the Farmers Branch Police Department’s Citizens on Patrol organization.
