Aquatics Manager Rachael Arroyo promoted in Parks & Recreation Department

FBTX ~ Drawing on her wide-ranging experience and expertise in public sector endeavors, former Farmers Branch Aquatics Center Manager Rachael Arroyo has been promoted in the Parks and Recreation Department to the job of Recreation Superintendent.

   A member of the City staff since 2014, and Aquatics Manager since 2016, Ms. Arroyo takes over for longtime Parks and Recreation staff member Wimberly Phillips who retired in March.

   In her position, Ms. Arroyo will be overseeing the work of the Aquatics Center, The Branch Connection, Farmers Branch Community Recreation Center and Special Events.
